Good rental references from non-relative landlords.

Steady employment for at least one year.

A double deposit that’s equal to two months’ rent.

Clean and responsible.
If you do not meet these qualifications, we may still accept your application.
We do accept those who are credit challenged but have not had any prior evictions in the last two years.
$25 (per applicant) Application fee; A copy of the following items must be submitted with the application: driver’s license, two months of payroll stubs, and last three rent payments to the current landlord.
You MUST qualify for utility services for an application to be approved.
ANY APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE AND PAYROLL STUBS WILL LIKELY RESULT IN A DELAY IN PROCESSING THE APPLICATION
